Rental Policies

Rent All Mart expects all customers to adhere to our rental policy.

Rental Periods

  • 3 hour rates are good during store hours only.
  • 1 day is a 24 hour period and starts when you pick-up a piece of equipment.
  • 1 week is 7 consecutive days.
  • 1 month is 28 consecutive days.

Weekend Special is any item picked up on Friday after 1:30 PM and returned the following Monday by 9:30 AM. That item will be a 1 day charge.

Delivery and Pick-up

We will deliver any item that we rent. Rates vary as to what is being delivered and how far it is being delivered.
Payment

All rentals are paid in advance, only customers with a store account already set-up before the rental will be able to charge. We accept cash, check, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

Rental Deposit

Some items require a deposit. When an item requires a deposit that means that rental and the deposit must be paid at time of rental.

Identification

Anyone renting a piece of equipment will require 2 forms of identification, one being a valid drivers license. The only exception is commercial customers with an open charge account.

Equipment Care

Customer is responsible for daily routine care of equipment such as grease and cleaning. Customers bringing equipment back dirty will be charged a clean-up fee.

Damage Waiver

Customers can purchase a damage waiver at 10% of the rental fee. The damage waiver fee is optional. The fee will protect the customer from the liability of being asked to pay for parts and/or labor to repair equipment unintentionally damaged while in their possession. The damage waiver covers up to the first $1,000.00 and it does not cover neglect, abuse, or loss of parts or equipment.

What is a Damage Waiver?

Damage waiver protects customers from having to pay for damages that may occur to rented equipment.

How much does a Damage Waiver Cost?

Damage waiver is a percentage of the rental rate of a piece of equipment.

What is NOT Covered on the Damage Waiver?

  • Theft or disappearance of equipment.
  • Missing parts or accessories.
  • Cleaning charges.
  • Gross negligence.
  • Tire damage.
  • Using equipment for something other than it was designed for.

What is Gross Negligence?

The abuse and or misuse of equipment during operation. (Example: Running equipment without oil or equipment falling from a vehicle.)

Is there a Deductible?

No. Damage Waiver is not insurance. It is a waiver of our contractual right to have equipment returned in the same operating condition as when it left our store.
